If you or a loved one is dealing with a Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Municipal Court or Family Law matter, you should talk to an experienced lawyer to determine whether you can file a lawsuit. Lawsuits generally have short statutes of limitation (the amount of time in which you must file your lawsuit); therefore, you can forfeit your rights to file a claim by not acting quickly. If you have been hurt, hiring an experienced New Jersey personal injury attorney can make all the difference in the world. When you contact us, your initial consultation is always free and we take all of our injury cases on a contingency fee basis. Law Offices of David K.
