Alexander J. Kwasny
Associate
(856) 869-9066
Alex Kwasny is a Cherry Hill attorney for injury victims concentrating his practice solely on representing injured workers and victims of others’ negligence, including car, truck, motorcycle and commercial vehicle accidents, as well as slip/trip and falls.
Born in Philadelphia, and raised in Haddon Township, New Jersey, Alex graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2008 with a Bachelors’ Degree in Political Science. He earned his juris doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law in 2012.
After passing the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar examinations, Alex worked for 9 years in Philadelphia at a mid-sized insurance defense firm where he was named partner, representing employers and workers’ compensation insurance companies, while further refining his litigation skills in the context of Pennsylvania’s workers’ compensation system. In doing so, Alex developed a thorough understanding of how employers and their insurance companies approach and handle claims of employees injured while working.
In September 2022, Alex joined Cuneo & Leonetti in its fight for the rights of accident victims throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. With the tremendous benefit of having significant legal experience on both “sides of the aisle,” Alex now focuses his practice exclusively on helping victims of workers’ compensation, slip and fall, and auto accidents as a Cherry Hill car accident attorney.
Alex spends every day fighting and advocating for his clients against the insurance companies and big business in order to get people what they deserve, to be treated fairly and to be an advocate for those who feel forgotten or left behind. Cuneo & Leonetti is proud to have Alex aboard, not only for his legal prowess, but for the compassion, energy and determination he brings in fighting for the compensation that accident victims deserve.
